Twitter Cards analytics doesn’t give quite the same information as the old tool did. There’s no tracking of the number of favorites, retweets and replies, for example. Instead this is combined into an ‘Engagements’ count.

It seems the withdrawal of website analytics is part of a drive to push the use of cards, which among other things can enable rich previews of content.
